十堰市太和医院睡眠心身医学中心位于太和医院东院区(康复院区)9楼,开放床位30张。中心涵盖睡眠医学、心身医学、临床心理、中医心理、神志病学及精神医学等学科,融临床、科研、教学、健康管理为一体的市级重点专科。下设睡眠心身医学专家门诊、普通门诊、睡眠障碍护理门诊、心理治疗专科门诊及标准化睡眠监测中心。成立睡眠觉醒、心身疾病、情绪障碍、儿童青少年睡眠心身四个亚专科。
睡眠心身医学中心现有高级职称4人,中级职称9人,初级职称7人;博士1人,硕士7人;睡眠监测师3人,心理治疗师7人,精神科专科护士3人、作业治疗师1人;湖北医药学院特聘教授2人,人才结构合理。中心拥有5台多导睡眠监测仪、5台便携式睡眠监测仪、压力滴定系统、多参数心理睡眠测评系统、身心减压系统、重复经颅磁刺激仪、失眠治疗仪、直流电治疗仪、睡眠认知行为治疗仪、团体生物反馈治疗仪等一大批标准化高新设备。承担数项国家级及省级课题任务。
中心主要研究方向为中西医结合治疗各类睡眠障碍及精神心理疾病、儿童青少年心理疾病、神经疾病、心脑血管疾病、胃肠道疾病、慢性疼痛合并的睡眠、心身疾病。业务范围:(1)失眠障碍:慢性失眠障碍、短期失眠障碍、特殊人群失眠症等。(2)睡眠呼吸障碍:阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征、鼾症、中枢性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征、睡眠相关的低通气综合征、睡眠相关低氧血症等。(3)精神心理疾病相关的睡眠障碍:焦虑障碍、抑郁障碍、双相情感障碍、强迫障碍、恐怖症、创伤及应激障碍、分离转换障碍、躯体形式障碍、儿童青少年心理疾病合并的睡眠及情绪障碍、神经性厌食与贪食、戒断综合征、厌学症、游戏障碍、精神分裂症等。(4)中枢性睡眠增多:发作性睡病、特发性睡眠增多、Kleine-Levin综合征、疾病相关过度思睡、药物或物质滥用所致过度思睡等。(5)昼夜节律睡眠障碍:睡眠觉醒周期紊乱、时差变化睡眠障碍、倒班工作睡眠觉醒障碍等。(6)异态睡眠:非快速眼球运动异态睡眠(睡行症、睡惊症、意识模糊性觉醒)、快速眼球运动睡眠相关的异态睡眠(梦魇障碍、睡瘫症、快速眼动睡眠行为紊乱)、头部爆炸声综合征、睡眠相关性幻觉、遗尿症等。(7)睡眠相关性运动障碍:不宁腿综合征、周期性肢体运动障碍、睡眠相关性腿痉挛、睡眠相关性磨牙、睡眠相关节律性运动障碍等。(8)神经系统疾病相关的睡眠障碍:卒中相关睡眠障碍、睡眠相关性癫痫、痴呆相关性睡眠障碍、帕金森病相关性睡眠障碍、睡眠相关性头痛等。(9)其他系统疾病相关的睡眠障碍:注意力缺陷与多动综合征、功能性消化不良、胃肠神经官能症、心脏神经官能症、更年期综合征、慢性疼痛或慢性疾病伴随的睡眠心身障碍等。
Sleep and Psychosomatic Medicine Center of Taihe Hospital
The Sleep and Psychosomatic Medicine Center of Taihe Hospital, Shiyan City, is located on the 9th floor of the East Campus (Rehabilitation Campus) of Taihe Hospital and has 30 open beds. The center encompasses disciplines such as sleep medicine, psychosomatic medicine, clinical psychology, traditional Chinese psychology, psychopathology, and psychiatry. It integrates clinical services, research, teaching, and health management, making it a key municipal specialty. It includes an outpatient clinic for sleep and psychosomatic medicine experts, a general outpatient clinic, a sleep disorder nursing clinic, a specialized psychological treatment clinic, and a standardized sleep monitoring center. The center has established four subspecialties: sleep-wake disorders, psychosomatic diseases, emotional disorders, and sleep and psychosomatic medicine for children and adolescents.
The center has a well-structured team consisting of 4 senior professionals, 9 intermediate professionals, and 7 junior professionals; 1 doctor and 7 masters; 3 sleep monitoring technicians, 7 psychological therapists, 3 psychiatric nurses, and 1 occupational therapist. It also includes 2 specially appointed professors from Hubei University of Medicine. The center is equipped with 5 polysomnography devices, 5 portable sleep monitors, pressure titration systems, multi-parameter psychological sleep assessment systems, stress relief systems, repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation devices, insomnia treatment devices, direct current stimulation devices, cognitive-behavioral therapy devices for sleep, and group biofeedback therapy devices, among other advanced standardized equipment. The center undertakes several national and provincial research projects.
The main research directions of the center include integrated Chinese and Western medicine for treating various sleep disorders and psychiatric diseases, psychological diseases in children and adolescents, neurological diseases, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, gastrointestinal diseases, and sleep and psychosomatic diseases combined with chronic pain. The business scope includes:
1. Insomnia Disorders: Chronic insomnia disorder, short-term insomnia disorder, insomnia in special populations, etc.
2. Sleep Breathing Disorders: Obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome, snoring, central sleep apnea syndrome, sleep-related hypoventilation syndrome, sleep-related hypoxemia, etc.
3. Sleep Disorders Related to Mental and Psychological Diseases: Anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, bipolar disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, phobias, trauma and stress-related disorders, dissociative conversion disorder, somatic symptom disorders, sleep and emotional disorders combined with psychological diseases in children and adolescents, eating disorders (anorexia and bulimia), withdrawal syndrome, school refusal, gaming disorder, schizophrenia, etc.
4. Central Hypersomnolence: Narcolepsy, idiopathic hypersomnia, Kleine-Levin syndrome, disease-related excessive sleepiness, excessive sleepiness due to drug or substance abuse, etc.
5. Circadian Rhythm Sleep Disorders: Sleep-wake cycle disorders, jet lag, shift work sleep disorder, etc.
6. Parasomnias: Non-rapid eye movement (NREM) parasomnias (sleepwalking, night terrors, confusional arousals), rapid eye movement (REM) sleep-related parasomnias (nightmares, sleep paralysis, REM sleep behavior disorder), exploding head syndrome, sleep-related hallucinations, enuresis, etc.
7. Sleep-Related Movement Disorders: Restless legs syndrome, periodic limb movement disorder, sleep-related leg cramps, sleep-related bruxism, sleep-related rhythmic movement disorder, etc.
8. Sleep Disorders Related to Neurological Diseases: Stroke-related sleep disorders, sleep-related epilepsy, dementia-related sleep disorders, Parkinson's disease-related sleep disorders, sleep-related headaches, etc.
9. Sleep Disorders Related to Other Systemic Diseases: Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), functional dyspepsia, gastrointestinal neurosis, cardiac neurosis, menopausal syndrome, sleep and psychosomatic disorders associated with chronic pain or chronic diseases, etc.
